Got them from Angie. Absolutely wonderful experience. They contacted me immediately, gave me an appointment the same day, showed up as promised, was pleasant, and did the job professionly. I was very pleased and extremely satisfied with the service! Melvin arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Very courteous and knowledgeable. And the cherry on top? They cleaned up thoroughly after they were done! The work was impeccable and I will definitely hire Melvin again for other projects I have around my house. Highly recommend!!

What an amazing positive experience I had with Drain flow. Let me stop by saying I thought my kitchen sink just needed to be snaked. I thought it was a quick and simple job when Giuseppe came in and tried to snake it. I could see he put about 40 feet of snake through to no avail. He then called his partner the owner and he, Melvin, worked with him. They went in the basement and they opened the main line which was 2.5” bolt that hadn’t been opened for I would say 50 years. They proceeded to work from there to clear the clog. Needless to say, that was quite a mess, but they minimized the mess and cleaned everything when they left. My neighbor called the $49.95 thugs because he had a small kitchen clog that needed to be snaked out about two months ago. It was quick and easy the $49.95 thugs came they were in and out in 15 minutes and they charged him $450. and left a mess. I’m not one who normally writes the reviews, but I was extremely pleased with the way these men worked and their fair price. If you need a drain cleaned out, these are the guys to call
